Manager, Sales - APAC Mission of the Position: The Manager, Sales - India is responsible for delivering consistent bookings and revenue growth in the APAC region. The Manager is charged with building a highly prepared, talented, and high performing sales team organized and enabled to execute on the company’s regional growth targets. The Manager will be a key member of the Bangalore office and work closely with the US, APAC and EMEA regional leaders. The Manager will initially report into the COO. Responsibilities: Manage the APAC sales engine, working with C-level leadership to hire, enable, and operate a highly predictable, highly performant GTM function in the Bangalore office Build a performance-focused team, ensuring a KPI-driven approach that measures activities, process, and results to inform building a predictable sales model for the APAC team Build demand, forecast, ensure process execution, and closing cadence to meet and exceed quarterly and annual performance targets Identify areas of improvement, facilitate/lead change in order to build a more connected operation Build a strong coaching culture on the team Bring discipline while maintaining a positive company culture where people love to work Requirements: 5+ year sales experience as a top performer, at or above quota targets 1-2 years demonstrated leadership and coaching experience Demonstrated understanding of an agile sales process from standups, performance reviews, active coaching, performance enhancement Excellent written and verbal communication skills Familiar with BANT, MEDDIC, or other similar frameworks Fluency in tools such as Salesforce, Outreach/Salesloft, ZoomInfo, Lusha, etc Preferred – Experience working with, communicating to and building relationships with IT / DevOps personas, as well as Executives
