The QA Tester-II is responsible for leading quality assurance efforts across complex internal and third-party applications. With extensive experience and minimal direction, you will drive the overall testing strategy, emphasizing test automation to ensure software quality and meet system standards. Working closely with agile scrum teams, you will collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, developers, and other stakeholders throughout the software development life cycle. Your role as a QA Tester-II involves designing, implementing, and executing comprehensive manual and automated test plans, scenarios, and cases. In terms of skills and abilities, you should have 6+ years of hands-on experience in quality assurance with a strong focus on test automation, a minimum bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent education/work experience, experience with performance and load testing tools, coding skills in .NET and C#, strong SQL skills, experience with API testing and API test automation, familiarity with TDD and BDD methodologies, knowledge of software builds, testing, and CI/CD tools, understanding of object-oriented programming and web technologies, strong problem-solving and communication skills, attention to detail, initiative, a passion for delivering business value, and a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
