Description
XStore - Customizations, Configurations, UI Changes, Locale Changes, Handling Data issues, POS Deployment, Issue Analysis and Fixing, Device Configurations, In/Out bound data mapping ) Design and configure Oracle Xstore POS applications based on client requirements. Customize Xstore workflows, screens, and functionalities to align with client specifications. Provide technical expertise and support during the implementation and integration of Xstore solutions. Perform system testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure the stability and reliability of the POS systems. Create and maintain technical documentation related to Xstore configurations and customizations. Stay updated with the latest Xstore features, patches, and upgrades to provide proactive recommendations to clients. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Xstore with other enterprise systems. Provide ongoing support and resolve technical issues related to Xstore applications for clients. At least 2 Implementation and 2 Support projects for XStore (as mentioned below) Good communication skills. Experience in onsite-offshore model Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience in implementing and customizing Oracle Xstore Point of Sale solutions. Strong knowledge of Xstore architecture, configurations, and modules. Proficiency in Java programming and familiarity with relevant technologies such as XML, SQL, and web services. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues. Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Experience working in a client-facing role, understanding and translating client requirements into technical solutions. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
