To excel in this role, you should possess demonstrable expertise in front-end and back-end skillsets, including Java proficiency, Spring Ecosystem, SQL and NoSQL integration, React.js, JavaScript, state management expertise, and runtime knowledge such as virtualization, containers, and Kubernetes. You should also have experience with test-driven development frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, observability, ELT pipelines, cloud/storage integrations, security practices, performance optimization, and cloud technologies.
