Your Impact OpenText provides a cloud environment for addressing the B2Bi and MFT needs of various customers from different geos and business domains. Customers can choose the OpenText Managed Service cloud with public, private or hybrid models of deployment. The analyst team will be responsible for the analysis of various B2B implementation requests. Team will gather and analyze the customer business requirements and design & develop the mapping specification documents P2P, Canonical etc. Once the specification is created, it will be handed over to the map development team. During the map development and testing, the analyst team will provide the necessary support to the development and QA team by clarifying all their questions. The analyst team will validate the map developed and provide the necessary approvals and submit the same for the end customer approval. Once the customer approved the map, the analyst team will coordinate with the Integration team to get the maps deployed in the required environments (Pre-Prod / Prod). What the Role Offers Lead one or more projects in the capacity of a project leader by interacting with all the project stakeholders and customers to gather the requirements, Develop and build EDI maps (inbound and outbound) based on the document, structures, and specifications, testing with sample data, generating the output and validating the output Excellent knowledge on opentext B2B platform(s) and integration activities involved. Mentoring and guiding the junior members of the team Preparation of weekly and monthly metrics reports Communicate overall status of map development / changes to Project Manager and other project stakeholders. What you Need to Succeed Excellent Knowledge of EDI Standards like ANSI X12, EDIFACT, TRADACOMS, RosettaNet Extensive mapping knowledge & experience in GXS Application Integrator/BizTrans/Contivo or any industry standard Mapping tool Hands-on experience with the Contivo Mapping is highly desirable Extensive experience on creating mapping specifications with various legacy apps including SAP/ORACLE and functional knowledge in Manufacturing/Logistics/Retail domains majorly. Very good understanding & experience in dealing with XML and JSON files. Knowledge on Canonicals , XML, XSLT, XPath and JSON schema would be a desirable Good experience on QA (Quality Acceptance) including creating test case scenarios and execution. Understanding & experience on Trading partner setup and enablement, connectivity setups including AS2, SFTP, FTP, FTPs, OFTP, SOAP, API integration. Knowledge and experience in executing Unix/Linux commands. Basic Scripting knowledge Shell/Python/Perl/Java scripting. Experience in handling production issues including debugging the issues and fixing them promptly. Experience in identifying process gaps and driving improvements, with a focus on automation, innovation for enhancing customer satisfaction, revenue generation, and future readiness. Excellent communication skills in collaborating with various internal teams, customers and trading partners. Experience in handling Go Live of various projects effectively including deployment in preprod/production and warranty support.
