Required Experience Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. 7+ years of experience delivering technical solutions for HCM, Payroll, or Financials systems (e.g., Workday, SAP, Oracle). 4+ years of hands-on Workday Integration implementation experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role. Proven experience managing AMS or post-production Workday Integration support projects. Expertise in Workday technologies such as Studio, Core Connectors, PICOF, PECI, CCTPP, XSLT, Web Services, and Advanced Reporting. Demonstrated success managing and mentoring distributed teams. Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills. Excellent client-facing and communication skills with a consultative approach.
