In this role as an Engineer Technical Communication at Siemens Healthineers Molecular Imaging team, you will play a key role in driving Service Procedure Documentation for Molecular Imaging-based products. Your responsibilities will include: - Working closely with technical teams, product, and project management for planning and delivery - Providing regular reporting to stakeholders on status, risks, and issues - Authoring new service procedures for both hardware and software and revising existing procedures for sustaining product lines - Providing feedback to development teams on service features - Reviewing and signing off new and revised content - Carrying out performance verifications on locally available systems - Adhering to regulatory and compliance requirements and completing necessary quality system records for technical documentation Qualifications required for this role: - An Engineering Graduate or equivalent degree - 4-6 years of industry experience in technical writing - Expertise in technical documentation including analysis, concept, and design - Knowledge of content management systems, authoring tools, graphic tools, and documentation standards - Knowledge of tools like Cosima is an added advantage - Familiarity with understanding XML files and the use of XSD files - Excellent verbal, written communication skills, and presentation skills - Ability to work as an individual contributor and take ownership - Willingness to increase product knowledge and work with global teams across different time zones - Preferred experience in the Medical Imaging and Healthcare domain Join the Siemens Healthineers Molecular Imaging team to engage in a positive and creative work environment, offering best-in-class benefits and flexible work schedules while enabling your professional development and growth within the organization.,
