Key Responsibilities: • Identify and onboard new agents/partners for Life or Health Insurance sales. • Drive sales through the agency network in the assigned territory. • Support and mentor agents to ensure consistent performance. • Maintain healthy relationships with partners for sustained business. • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to strategize effectively. • Regular reporting of sales performance and funnel management.
