As a QA Automation Engineer with over 5 years of experience, your primary responsibility will be to write scripts and establish automation environments to conduct repetitive tests. Your expertise in utilizing various automation tools will be crucial in designing, testing, and implementing effective test automation solutions. The ultimate objective of your role is to streamline the testing process by automating a significant portion of the effort with minimal code requirements. Key Responsibilities - Develop and devise automated test strategies for functional, non-functional, and performance testing to enhance testing coverage and diminish overall testing cycle durations. - Comprehend and scrutinize the Application Under Test for Object Identification purposes. - Formulate test scenarios and gather relevant test data. - Identify comprehensive end-to-end scenarios and emphasize code modularity. - Set up and expand configurations to evaluate disaster recovery scenarios. - Essential experience in X-Replay, which simplifies 5250 UI Testing through automation, is mandatory. - Generate Test Automation Resources such as Function Libraries. - Maintain Automation Resources efficiently. - Create performance tests using tools like LoadRunner. - Establish an automation framework for API tests. - Execute, debug, and analyze test outcomes. - Prepare comprehensive test reports. Qualifications - Minimum of 1 year of experience in test automation using X-Replay. - Proficient understanding of DST Environment and DST Modules. - Fundamental knowledge of Functional and Regression Test Automation. - Proficiency in PHP or Python programming, Database Operations, and OOPS concepts. - Familiarity with TestNG or similar Testing Framework for Test Case Grouping, Prioritization, Batch Execution, and Result Generation. - Proficiency in Maven, GIT. - Prior experience in creating performance tests using LoadRunner. - Hands-on experience with disaster recovery scenarios and testing methodologies. - Understanding of Test Automation Framework implementation. - Strong communication and presentation skills. This position is based in Ahmedabad and involves working from 3:30 PM to 1:00 AM, five days a week.,
