Description We are looking for an experienced JIRA Professional to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in JIRA administration, providing support, and improving project workflows. You will work closely with various teams to ensure efficient project management and delivery. Responsibilities Configure and maintain JIRA projects, workflows, and dashboards Provide support and training to users on JIRA best practices Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions Analyze project workflows and suggest improvements to enhance productivity Generate reports and metrics to track project progress and team performance Troubleshoot and resolve JIRA-related issues in a timely manner Stay updated with the latest JIRA features and updates to ensure optimal use of the tool Skills and Qualifications 6-9 years of experience in JIRA administration and support Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban) Experience in configuring workflows, custom fields, and permissions in JIRA Proficiency in JIRA Query Language (JQL) for creating custom filters and dashboards Knowledge of integration with other tools (Confluence, Bitbucket, etc.) Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
