Location : Noida (Onsite) Experience : 3 to 7 Years Annual Salary : 5,00,000 7,50,000 Industry : Education / Training Department : Teaching & Training Role Category : Content Development Job Description : We are looking for a driven and creative Content & Instructional Design Lead to anchor the development of immersive learning modules using cutting-edge tools like EON Reality . You will play a key role in designing engaging, modular, and interactive content for education, skilling, and onboarding use cases. This is a foundational team role , where youll lead storyboarding, manage content workflows, collaborate with subject matter experts and 3D artists, and eventually help build a full content team. Key Responsibilities : Design and structure immersive learning content using AR/VR/XR platforms Develop storyboards, scripts, and learner journeys aligned with learning objectives Coordinate with SMEs and 3D designers to align visual and instructional elements Review and edit content for clarity, pedagogy, and engagement Build scalable templates and frameworks for future content creators Mentor junior content writers and instructional designers (as team grows) Required Skills : 3-7 years experience in instructional design, edtech content writing, or e-learning development Strong command of written English and visual storytelling Experience with immersive or interactive learning platforms is a plus (EON Reality, ThingLink, Articulate, etc.) Familiarity with pedagogy, microlearning, and curriculum design Organized, self-driven, and ready to take leadership responsibilities Education : Bachelors or Masters in Education, Instructional Design, Mass Communication, English, Digital Media, or related fields Certifications in eLearning or Instructional Design are an added advantage Key Skills (250 characters): Instructional Design, Storyboarding, Content Writing, Immersive Learning, AR/VR, E-Learning, EdTech, Pedagogy, Microlearning, Curriculum Design, SME Coordination, XR Content, Learning Design, EON Reality, Creative Writing Preferred Candidate Background : Candidates with prior experience in the following types of organizations will be preferred: EdTech companies like BYJU’S, UpGrad, Physics Wallah, Toppr, Unacademy, etc. Instructional design and e-learning firms (e.g., Magic EdTech, Harbinger, NIIT, Cognizant EdTech, etc.) Digital content agencies serving education, skilling, or CSR clients Vocational skilling and CSR-based training organizations (NSDC partners, ITI curriculum agencies, etc.) Experience working on AR/VR-based learning, government skilling projects, or onboarding content will be a strong plus.
