Job Title: Sales Manager – ERP Solutions (XOLO ERP) 📍 Location: Kolkata 🧳 Travel: Open to travel across East India 🕒 Employment Type: Full-time 🔍 About the Role We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead our ERP sales efforts in the Eastern region. This role requires a deep understanding of B2B sales, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to connect with SMEs and mid-sized enterprises. You will be representing XOLO ERP — a customizable, powerful ERP solution tailored for Indian businesses across sectors. 💼 Key Responsibilities (KRA): ✅ Lead Generation & Prospecting Identify, target, and connect with potential clients in SMEs, manufacturing, trading, and service sectors. Develop a strong pipeline through cold calls, field visits, networking, and referrals. ✅ Client Meetings & Product Demos Conduct product presentations, demos, and consultations to understand customer needs. Customize solution presentations as per client workflow. ✅ Sales Closure & Revenue Targets Own the entire sales cycle from lead to closure. Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and conversion metrics. ✅ Regional Expansion Travel across East India (West Bengal, Bihar, Jharkhand, Odisha, Assam, etc.) to develop new markets. Build dealer/reseller/partner relationships where applicable. ✅ Reporting & Coordination Maintain CRM records, submit sales reports, and coordinate with pre-sales/technical teams. Provide market insights to the product team for ERP enhancements. 👤 Key Requirements: Minimum 3–5 years of B2B software or ERP sales experience (mandatory) Strong understanding of SME business operations and decision-making cycles Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Willingness to travel extensively across East India Self-motivated, target-driven, and client-focused Fluency in English, Hindi, and Bengali preferred 🎯 Why Join Us?
