As a skilled professional in the field of database management and business intelligence, you will be responsible for utilizing your advanced knowledge in MS SQL Server 2017 or above and intermediary skills in MSBI (SSIS/SSRS). Your role will involve delivering reporting, database, data integration, and cube solutions while independently understanding requirements and providing quality solutions. Collaboration with the onshore team for requirements and development activities will be crucial, along with writing T-SQL queries and working with tools like DTS, SSIS, SSRS, SSAS. In this position, you will also be expected to create Stored Procedures, Functions, and Triggers, manage data migration to SQL Server from various sources, and maintain comprehensive database documentation. Strong interpersonal and communication skills will be essential as you engage with onshore IT and Business teams. Experience in working with Scrum and Agile methodologies for development and support will be advantageous. Additionally, you will be responsible for optimizing existing databases and business logic source code, designing, testing, and deploying database schemas, and tuning database performance to identify and address bottlenecks. Generating performance benchmark reports for newly developed functions and demonstrating problem-solving abilities will also be part of your role. Familiarity with .NET technologies and database analysis and designing methodologies will be beneficial.
