We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced XMatters Configuration and Integrations Expert to join our team In this role, you will be responsible for the configuration, integration, and maintenance of our XMatters platform, ensuring seamless communication and incident management across various systems You will leverage your deep expertise in XMatters integrations to connect XMatters with critical business applications, automate workflows, and resolve integration issues Responsibilities:Design, develop, and implement XMatters integrations with various systems, including but not limited to ServiceNow, Slack, Microsoft Teams, and Outlook email Configure and customize XMatters workflows to automate incident management, alerting, and escalation processes Troubleshoot and resolve broken integrations and workflow issues, ensuring minimal disruption to critical communication channels Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand integration requirements and develop effective solutions Maintain comprehensive documentation of XMatters configurations, integrations, and workflows Stay up-to-date with the latest XMatters features, integrations, and best practices Optimize XMatters performance and scalability to meet the evolving needs of the organization Develop and maintain XMatters reports and dashboards to provide insights into incident management performance Provide training and support to end-users on XMatters functionality and integrations Qualifications:Proven experience as an XMatters Configuration and Integrations Expert Deep understanding of XMatters workflows, integrations, and configuration options Hands-on experience integrating XMatters with ServiceNow, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Outlook email, and other relevant systems Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience in scripting languages (eg, JavaScript) for customizing XMatters integrations is a plus XMatters certification is a plus Technical Skills: XMatters Configuration, XMatters Integrations, ServiceNow, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Outlook Email, Workflow Automation, Troubleshooting, Scripting (JavaScript), Reporting & Dashboards Location - Bengaluru,Noida,Pune,Mumbai,Hyderabad,Mohali,Panchkula,Chennai

Experience of third party integrations of Netcool with other OSS and BSS components such as BMC Remedy/ServiceNow/Siebel, XMatters, Inventory Systems (Cramer/Granite etc.) . The basic experience of using generic probes such as SNMP MTTRAPD Probe, Syslog Probe, Ping probe, Email probe etc. is assumed. 5. He should have good communication skills to perform/support Unit testing, E2E integration testing of developed functionalities Support the deployment process, including sanity testing Defect resolution 6. Understands complex and advanced Network Management/Monitoring concepts and Must be proactive and preventive in problem solving 7. Ability to work independently on multiple tasks along with Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
