We are looking for a creative Social Media Executive who understands brand storytelling, performance marketing, and e-commerce ecosystem. The candidate must be able to create engaging content along with managing paid campaigns and catalogue ads for e-commerce brands. Experience in coordinating with designers/video editors is essential. Roles & Responsibilities Perform competitor research and define a strong content strategy. Plan and create reels, short-form content & carousels aligned with platform trends. Stay up to date with Meta platform trends, hooks, and audience psychology . Set up & manage Meta Pixel, Events, Conversions & Catalogue Integration with websites. Run Meta paid ads including catalogue sales, traffic, awareness & lead generation campaigns. Manage performance marketing for e-commerce brands including retargeting & funnel strategy. Lead and coordinate with designers and video editors to ensure brand-driven visuals. Grow organic community & followers via content consistency and value-based positioning. Work on influencer outreach when required. Desired Candidate Profile Min of 3-4 years of experience in managing social media for brands / agencies. Experience with catalogue ads, ads manager, pixels & conversion tracking (mandatory). Ability to ideate + execute content formats that drive engagement & conversions. Strong understanding of e-commerce workflows & buyer journey. Good communication skills and team coordination ability.
