International Business Development Manager_UK & Ireland KPO Industry
Job Description We are hiring an experienced and self-driven International Business Development Manager to lead our global sales efforts with a focus on UK & Ireland markets . This is a sole contributor role where you will be responsible for managing the entire international BD function for our accounting and tax outsourcing services. Key Responsibilities: Independently manage entire international business development cycle for UK and Ireland markets. Identify and generate leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling, online research, referrals, and events. Develop strong B2B relationships with accounting firms and SMEs in the UK/Ireland . Conduct client discovery calls, understand outsourcing needs, and pitch customized KPO services (Accounting, VAT, Bookkeeping, Payroll, Tax Returns, etc.). Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, close deals, and coordinate client onboarding with delivery teams. Maintain accurate CRM records, pipelines, and monthly sales reports. Track market trends, competitor offerings, and industry updates to improve sales strategy. Represent company in virtual and physical international events, expos, webinars etc. Candidate Profile: 5-10 years of experience in International Business Development, preferably in KPO/BPO/outsourcing industries. Must have hands-on experience working with UK and/or Ireland clients . Experience selling services like accounting, bookkeeping, tax returns, VAT, or finance outsourcing is highly preferred. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. Strong presentation, negotiation, and consultative selling skills. Must be able to work independently without a team. Comfortable with CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Microsoft Office, Zoom, etc. Education: Graduate / Postgraduate (MBA preferred) Specialization in Marketing / International Business / Finance is a plus
