Experience: 7 to 10 Years Industry: Footwear **About the Role** We are looking for a dynamic ** Business Development Manager ** to expand our international market presence. The role involves to develop buyers and building strong client networks, driving sales, and aligning market opportunities with our footwear manufacturing capabilities. **Key Responsibilities** * Identify and develop new business opportunities (Export). * Build & manage relationships with International buyers. * Negotiate contracts and close profitable deals. * Conduct market research & competitor analysis. * Represent the company in trade fairs & exhibitions. * Achieve sales targets and prepare growth reports. **Requirements** * Bachelor / Master degree in Business administration. * 7-10 years’ experience in aforesaid area. * Strong negotiation, communication & networking skills. * Knowledge of footwear industry trends & supply chain. * Willingness to travel frequently (If required). **What We Offer** * Competitive Compensation. * Exposure to International markets.
