Your main role will involve implementing a complete user interface in the form of a mobile and desktop web app, with a specific focus on performance. You will be tasked with creating modules and components and integrating them into a functional app. While the artistic design and some HTML templates will be provided, we will rely on your expertise for animations, CSS, and final HTML output. Collaboration with the back-end developer and utilizing standard methods to communicate with the API will be essential. It is imperative to have a comprehensive understanding of all components of our platform and infrastructure. Your responsibilities will include delivering a comprehensive front-end application, ensuring high performance on both mobile and desktop platforms, and writing tested, idiomatic, and documented JavaScript, HTML, and CSS code. Coordinating with the graphic designer and HTML coder will be crucial, along with collaborating with the back-end developer in constructing the RESTful API and communicating with external web services. The ideal candidate should possess proficiency in JavaScript and HTML5, along with professional communication skills. Deep knowledge of AngularJS practices and commonly used modules is essential, as is the ability to create self-contained, reusable, and testable modules and components. You should ensure a clear dependency chain for app logic and the file system, provide SEO solutions for single page apps, and have extensive knowledge of CSS and JS methods for optimal visual effects and performance. Moreover, a thorough understanding of platform responsibilities, databases, APIs, caching layers, proxies, and other web services is required. Validating user actions on the client side, writing non-blocking code, and creating custom modules and components for core AngularJS elements are integral parts of the role. Experience with various front-end operations, such as creating XHRs in vanilla JS and building infrastructure for serving front-end apps and assets, will be advantageous. Architecting and automating the build process for production, documenting code inline, writing unit tests, and creating e2e test suites using Protractor are additional responsibilities.
