The Administration Manager / Hub Manager will be responsible for maintaining a positive and productive community by planning and executing programs and events, communicating with members, and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the co-working space. Role & responsibilities : 1) Ensuring the Co-working space is clean, inventory is stocked, the mail is received, and local vendors deliver without disruption. Managing the entire centre in terms of quality services. 2) Handling day to day grievances of clients and provide them prompt solution. 3) Creating networking initiatives, social events, and local partnerships to enhance the community experience. 4) Handling of walk-in clients and maintain walk-in sheet on daily basis. Conducting onsite tours, following up with leads, and signing up new members. 5) Maintaining few sheets on excel: Revenue sheet, KYC Sheet, Inventory Sheet, Estimate invoice sheet, Walk-in sheet, Operational issues and Bank Sheet. 6) Mandatory to do the KYC of clients. 7) Managing, Training and Monitoring Housekeeping and security staff. 8) Resolving issues raised by the members within defined TAT. 9) Working on any other duties that may be necessary from time to time. Key Responsibilities: Develop and review detailed designs for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, ensuring compliance with codes, standards, and regulations. Conduct feasibility studies and create cost estimates for MEP systems. Oversee and coordinate the installation of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems, ensuring timely project execution. Perform quality control and quality assurance (QA/QC) to ensure all MEP systems meet or exceed project requirements. Conduct regular safety checks and implement preventive measures to reduce the risk of accidents. Troubleshoot issues with HVAC, electrical, or plumbing systems and recommend solutions to prevent future occurrences. Maintain accurate records of designs, changes, and maintenance activities. Peferred Candidate Profile: Bachelors degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering, or a related field. 2 - 4 years of experience in MEP design and project management. Proficiency in MEP software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit MEP) and knowledge of local building codes. Expertise in HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems design and installation. Knowledge of building information modeling (BIM) tools, AutoCAD, and Revit MEP. Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
