HI, Greetings from E-Solutions !!! We are looking for IC4-Xstore Consultant (Lead developer) with a solid experience preferably in a similar role. We are seeking people that are hands on and are able to take tasks and projects to the finishing line. Role Summary: Job Title: IC4-Xstore Consultant (Lead developer) Experience Level: 9+ Years Location: Pune, India Job Description: Job Responsibilities: Understand requirements, create, and review designs, validate the architecture, and ensure high levels of service offerings to clients. Participate in project estimation, provide inputs for solution delivery, conduct technical risk planning, perform code reviews and unit test plan reviews. Develop optimized high quality code deliverables, continual knowledge management and adherence to the organizational guidelines and processes. Ensure best practices are followed in everyday code development. Be a single point of contact for project manager and customer to resolve process and technical issues in a timely manner. Participate in remote requirements sessions and client meetings as required. Work with DevOps lead to ensure development is aligned to DevOps processes and suggest continuous improvements in processes. Lead the team to implement the project Ensure the development activities are delivered in time Educational Qualification: B.E., B.Tech, MCA or Equivalent Experience: 8+ yrs of total experience. 5+ yrs of experience in Oracle Xstore POS . Extensive experience in designing and developing applications using JAVA/J2EE. Strong understanding of Xstore POS core concepts and design. Proficient in the configuration, customization, development and support of Oracle Retail Xstore, with hands-on experience in Xadmin, Xcenter, Xenvironment, Xstore and Xstore Office Cloud Service (V23-24). Led the configuration of Xadmin settings for optimized system performance. Designed inbound/outbound interfaces, supported by detailed technical documentation Must have Deep understanding of Object-oriented programming, SOLID Principles. Strong systems analysis, design and architecture fundamentals, Unit Testing and other SDLC activities. Experience developing and designing API integrations using SOAP/RESTful/JSON. Excellent problem solving, analytical and debugging skills. Strong communication skills should be able to communicate effectively with business and other stakeholders. Ability to adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate. Agile/Scrum methodology experience/knowledge is required. Experience in using and managing code repositories and build tools such as SVN, GIT, MAVEN, GRADLE, JENKINS, etc. Experience in handling team of developers and ensuring the assigned tasks are delivered in time. Others Basic understanding of DevOps tools (Good to have) Strong knowledge of Xstore applications DB schema is MUS. Desired Skills: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Experience with monitoring tools and cloud security best practices.
