Responsible for designing and building pharmaceutical machines with state of the art technology. Make sure that these systems and processes operate effectively, efficiently and safely. Responsibilities Designing, developing, and enhancing electro-mechanical systems and mechatronic devices. Study the system user requirement with respect to require design and prepare components technical specification requirements for automated systems and incorporate the latest technology. Attending workshops, training sessions, and conferences to network with others and stay on top of field advancements. Study the designed assembly equipment. Generate a risk assessment design consideration report with respect to machine operation, limits, safety,collusion and solutions. Design or verified Kinematics for electro-mechanical machine equipment and generate report for Operation setting parameters, Torque & Current limits, Safety setting for the automation system. Verify the machine design timing diagram with respect to design requirements. Create, select, and apply appropriate techniques, resources, and modern engineering and IT tools including prediction and modelling to complex engineering activities with an understanding of the limitations. Apply the knowledge of sensors, drives, actuators, controls, mechanical design and modern software tools to integrate a system for performing specified tasks. Articulate designs, modelling, analysis, and testing of mechatronics products including robotics, systems and controllers using appropriate technology and software tools. Analyzing data and presenting findings in written reports; Working collaboratively with design engineers, operation engineers, purchasers and other internal staff; Project management within cost and time constrained environments; Understanding and ensuring compliance with relevant safety regulations and quality standards; Writing computer software and test procedures; Salary Starting salaries commensurate with industry What to expect Work may be based in an office or factory, depending on the nature of the work. Visiting clients and working on-site may be required. This position will carry a high level of responsibility, where accountability lies directly with the C&I engineer. Skills You will need to show: Creative problem-solving and troubleshooting skills; Excellent critical thinking skills and a high level of numeracy. Capability to work with automation equipment from reputed manufactures like Siemens, Allen Bradley, Mitsubishi,B&R. Good communication and interpersonal skills; Strong teamworking skills, with an ability to motivate others and to lead or manage teams and projects; A willingness to accept responsibility and make decisions; A high level of attention to detail; An understanding of, and ability to work with, high-level automation technology Location : Vasai (Kaman) Shft timing : 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM 6 Days working pick up and drop facility from Vasai station.
