Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, acquiring customers, maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires expertise in selling software solutions, IT services, and digital marketing offerings. Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive sales growth. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients. Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends. Present and demonstrate software solutions and IT services to potential clients. Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed targets. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM tools. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in website and mobile app development, as well as digital marketing. Qualifications & Skills Proven experience in sales, business development, or customer relationship management . Strong understanding of software solutions, IT services, and digital marketing . Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills . Ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive environment. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities . Proficiency in Google Sheets, Google Forms, Canva , and basic design tools. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field . Preferred Qualifications Experience in selling website and mobile app development services. Understanding of Agile methodologies and IT project lifecycle. Knowledge of SEO, social media marketing, and other digital marketing strategies.
