HR Intern Location : Xebia , (Gurugram Office) We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Internto support our talent acquisition efforts. In this full-time role, you will be the backbone of the recruitment process, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring teams. Your organizational skills and communication abilities will play a vital role in helping us attract and hire top talent. Key Responsibilities : Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers across multiple time zones. Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) with candidate information and status changes. Serve as the point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive experience. Support the creation and posting of job openings on various platforms. Assist recruiters in screening resumes and conducting initial candidate outreach. Manage communication and logistics for recruitment events, job fairs, and campus hiring. Collaborate with HR and hiring teams to ensure timely feedback and process alignment. Prepare reports and dashboards related to recruitment metrics and hiring pipeline. Requirements : Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 0–1 years of experience in a recruitment or HR support role. Proficient in MS Office (especially Outlook, Excel, and Teams) and familiar with ATS platforms. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Strong interpersonal and written communication skills. High attention to detail and a passion for delivering excellent candidate experiences. Preferred Qualifications : Experience working in a fast-paced tech or consulting environment. Knowledge of modern sourcing techniques and recruitment marketing tools.
