Role & responsibilities Job Description Role:- Sr. Support Engineer (Incident Management) Location:- Bangalore Job Summary A Result-oriented Support Engineer with excellent working experience in Data and Apps overseeing the successful delivery of services to clients, ensuring customer satisfaction by managing client relationships, implementing service improvements, coordinating cross-functional teams and optimize Service delivery processes. Years of experience needed – 4-6 Years of Experience in ITSM dealing with Insurance domain. Must Have Skills: Experienced Incident Management Service process with a strong technical foundation in ASP.NET. Good to have working experience on few of Insurance COTs application such as : Agility ODS , Compass (Xuber), ECF Writeback Gateway, Lexis Nexis Bridger Insight XG, Subscribe , Swordfish, XE.COM, K2 Blackpearl, ECF Writeback Gateway, AlphaTax Taking ownership of critical incidents, coordinating with resolution parties, and establishing effective communication between stakeholders for post-incident reviews. Maintaining high performance levels for service-related processes and implementing improvement activities wherever necessary. Cross-functional collaboration to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions to optimize service delivery and stakeholder satisfaction Technical Skills: Languages/Methodologies SQL, PL-SQL, JQL, ASP.NET Good to have knowledge any of the following DBs SSMS, NOSQL DB, PL/SQL, MySQL, MSSQL. Application Servers Citrix Virtual Apps and Microsoft IIS Defect Tracking Tools Service Now Operating Systems Linux, UNIX/LINUX and Windows Microsoft Technology MS Office, Jira. Good to have: Worked in Agile Development Environment. Exposed to Scrum method and Team.
