Key Responsibilities: Design and manage Real-Time Customer Profiles (RTCP) and identity stitching Develop and maintain XDM schemas and Experience Events Integrate AEP with external data sources and APIs Enable audience segmentation and cross-channel activation Orchestrate omnichannel customer journeys with triggers, conditions, and actions Implement real-time, event-driven, and scheduled journeys Apply personalization and decisioning logic to boost engagement Develop campaign strategies including batch, triggered, and lights-on Configure and manage offer decisioning and JSON-based API delivery Integrate with CITSLE APIs for digital and OneView channels Design and validate JSON payloads for accurate offer delivery Ensure secure and reliable API communication Monitor and troubleshoot API workflows and offer delivery pipelines Collaborate with marketing, data, and engineering teams to meet business objectives Provide SME-level support for Adobe Journey Optimizer and AEP Stay updated on Adobe product enhancements and best practices Required Skills & Experience: 7+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Platform and Adobe Journey Optimizer Strong expertise in customer journey orchestration and real-time data triggers Proven experience with JSON-based API integration and offer delivery Familiarity with CITSLE or equivalent enterprise integration frameworks Ability to translate business needs into scalable AEP solutions Attention to detail and advanced problem-solving skills Preferred Qualifications: Adobe Certified Expert Journey Optimizer or AEP Experience with Adobe Target, Adobe Campaign, or other Adobe Experience Cloud tools Knowledge of A/B testing and campaign experimentation Background in digital marketing, CRM, or customer experience strategy

Role & responsibilities Experience in developing digital marketing / digital analytics solutions using Adobe products. Experience in Adobe Experience Cloud products and recent experience with Adobe Experience Platform or similar CDP Good knowledge of Data Science workspace and building intelligent Services on AEP Strong knowledge of datasets in Adobe Experience Platform, load data into Platform through data source connectors, APIs, and streaming ingestion connectors Experience in creating all required Adobe XDM (Experience Data Model) in JSON based on approved data model for all loading data files. Test/Validate the segments with the required destinations. Managing customer data by using Real-Time Customer Data Platform (RTCDP), and analyze customer data by using Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) Experience with creating connection, data views, and dashboard in CJA Hands-on experience in configuration and integration of Adobe Marketing Cloud modules like Audience Manager, Analytics, Campaign and Target Adobe Experience Cloud tool certifications (Adobe Campaign, Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics) are desirable. Proven ability to communicate in both verbal and writing in a high performance, collaborative environment. Experience with data analysis, modeling, and mapping to coordinate closely with Data Architect(s) Build the necessary schemas, workflows to ingest customers data, transform the data & load the data into AEP successfully. Build Audiences (segmentations) and create necessary pipeline for Destination activation.
