Dear Candidate, We are Hiring for Top Investment Banking!!! Position: Corporate Action Location: Mumbai Contract: 12 Months Notice: Imm-30 Days Only Skills Required: Reconciliation of Corporate Actions Previous experience of C orporate Actions preferable Reference Data Risk monitoring & reporting Proficiency in navigating internet and web-based applications. Interpret wide range of reference materials. Utilization of 3rd party information providers interfaces (e.g. Xcitek, Bloomberg , SWIFT, etc.), as well as those of Agents and Exchange Good analytical / reconciliation skills. Good command of English language (oral and written) Good time management and attention to detail is essential, as the role is in a high volume, high risk area that works to strict deadlines.
