Experience: 3 to 6 months Key Responsibilities: Prepare and upload required documents on the K-SMART (Kerala Smart Application for Revenue Services) portal. Assist in building permit applications , plan submissions, and tracking approval status. Maintain accurate records of online submissions, approvals, and supporting documents. Coordinate with the project team , architects , and local body offices for required data and clarifications. Update project status reports and ensure timely follow-up for approvals or corrections. Handle general data entry, filing, and documentation related to land records, layouts, and plans. Ensure compliance with the latest K-SMART guidelines and municipal procedures . Provide periodic updates to management regarding progress and issues faced during the process. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
