Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for Vice President Business Development fit outs / corporate interiors, located in Hyderabad. The role involves spearheading new business development initiatives, Corporate interiors / Office Fit Outs planning business strategies, negotiating contracts, and managing sales and accounts. Daily tasks include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing strategic plans to grow the Interior Contracts business, leading Interior contract negotiations, Good Relalation with IPCs. (International Project Fit out Consultants.) Own and hit/exceed annual sales targets within assigned territory and accounts Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with Builders & IPcs Partner with customers/builders to understand their business needs and objectives Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations Understand category-specific landscapes and trends Reporting on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts Proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets Qualifications Skills in New Business Development and Business Planning Experience in Contract Negotiation and Sales Proficiency in Account Management Excellent leadership and communication skills Proven track record in business development for interior design or related industries Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field 8-10 years of Fit outs and Corporate Interiors relative experience in sales / Business Development
