Role Description We are seeking a results-driven and creative Digital Marketing / E-commerce Marketing Manager or Assistant Manager to lead and support online marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, traffic, customer engagement, and sales performance across digital channels. In this role, you will play a key part in executing integrated digital strategies across e-commerce platforms, search engines, social media, and CRM tools. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across paid media (PPC, display, social ads), SEO, SEM, email marketing, and affiliate marketing . Manage and optimize content and product listings on e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Amazon, Lazada, Shopee, or brand-owned websites. Collaborate with creative and content teams to produce compelling digital assets that support product launches and brand campaigns. Monitor and report on key performance metrics (e.g., ROAS, CTR, conversion rates, customer acquisition cost) and identify opportunities for growth. Analyze customer behavior, traffic data, and sales performance to drive targeted marketing efforts and improve funnel performance. Support marketing automation, CRM campaigns, and remarketing to enhance customer retention and lifetime value. Coordinate online promotions, flash sales, and seasonal campaigns in line with broader marketing calendars. Track competitor activity, market trends, and platform updates to keep campaigns relevant and competitive. Work with web development and UX teams to enhance site usability, SEO performance, and mobile responsiveness. Manage relationships with agencies, influencers, and platform partners to drive marketing collaboration and efficiency. Ensure alignment of brand messaging across all digital touchpoints. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. 1–5 years of experience in digital or e-commerce marketing. Solid understanding of digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.) and e-commerce ecosystems. Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Data Studio, or equivalent. Hands-on experience with e-commerce CMS platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce) and product catalog management. Strong project management and communication skills; able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo, SEMrush, Canva). Experience with regional or international e-commerce operations is a plus.
