Role: xPression Support Engineer Location: Chennai/ Bangalore We are looking for 5+ years of relevant experience as Xpression engineer . Technical Skills: • xPression Expertise: Extensive experience with xPression tools, particularly xDesign, xAdmin, xDashboard, and xFramework. • XML and Data Modeling: Proficiency in XML, XSD, and data modeling. • Scripting: Knowledge of scripting languages like Java and JavaScript. • Integration: Experience in integrating xPression with various systems and applications. • Testing and Quality Assurance: Familiarity with testing methodologies and processes. • Troubleshooting and Problem Solving: Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues. • Communication and Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with business stakeholders and other team members. Roles and Responsibilities: • Provides technical assistance for xPression-based solutions. • Troubleshoots production issues and ensures seamless document processing. • Assists in migrating templates from xPression to Exstream. • Ensures accessibility compliance for customer communications. • Requires knowledge of Opentext xPression and Exstream Dialogues . Behavioral Skills : • Participates as a team member and fosters teamwork by inter-group coordination within the modules of the project. • Effectively collaborates and communicates with the stakeholders and ensures client satisfaction. • Train and coach members of project groups to ensure effective knowledge management activity.
