As an Infoscion, a day in your life will involve actively aiding the consulting team in different phases of the project. This includes problem definition, effort estimation, diagnosis, solution generation, design, and deployment. You will explore alternatives to recommended solutions based on research that includes literature surveys, information available in public domains, vendor evaluation, etc. Building Proof of Concepts (POCs) will also be a part of your role. Your responsibilities will include creating requirement specifications from business needs, defining "to be" processes, and detailed functional designs based on requirements. Supporting configuration of solution requirements on products, understanding and diagnosing any issues, seeking clarifications, and identifying solution alternatives will be crucial. Moreover, you will contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives to provide high-quality, value-adding solutions to customers. Your technical requirements will involve expertise in Technology Identity Management, specifically in IDAM Design, workflow implementation, Identity Governance Framework, Attestation, Access Certification, Role Management, Auditing, Entitlement Management, XACML, Oracle Industry Solutions Retail Application Administration. Additionally, you should have the ability to work with clients to identify business challenges and contribute to deliverables by refining, analyzing, and structuring relevant data. Awareness of the latest technologies and trends, logical thinking, problem-solving skills, and collaboration abilities are essential. You should be able to assess current processes, identify improvement areas, and suggest technology solutions. Having one or two industry domain knowledge would be an added advantage.
