Job Description & Responsibilities: As a D365 F&O Consultant , you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining custom web services and integrations for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system functionality and optimize business processes through innovative solutions. Key Responsibilities: Develop, customize, and maintain D365 Finance & Operations (F&O) web services using X++ and Visual Studio . Work with D365 F&O applications and APIs , ensuring seamless integrations with external systems. Implement and maintain secure web service authorization models such as OAuth for integrations. Utilize Microsoft Lifecycle Services (LCS) for software deployment, environment management, and system monitoring. Collaborate with business analysts and functional consultants to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions . Optimize data entity usage for efficient data exchange between D365 F&O and other enterprise applications. Develop and maintain SQL queries for MSSQL databases to support reporting and data analytics. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to customizations, integrations, and performance . Stay updated with the latest developments in D365 F&O, Microsoft Azure, and ERP technologies . Qualifications & Skills: Must-Have: 2+ years of experience in D365 Finance & Operations development using X++ . Strong knowledge of D365 F&O applications and functionality . Experience with Microsoft D365 F&O APIs and data entities for integration and data exchange. Hands-on experience with web service development and integration , including OAuth-based authorization models . Familiarity with Microsoft Lifecycle Services (LCS) for system deployment and management. Proficiency in Visual Studio, MSSQL , and some programming experience (preferably .NET ). Nice-to-Have: Experience with VBA for additional workflow automation. Understanding of supply chain or manufacturing industry processes .
