The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in real estate sales, excellent communication skills, and a client-focused approach. Key Responsibilities: Handle client inquiries via calls, walk-ins, and digital platforms. Conduct property presentations and site visits. Build and maintain strong client relationships. Negotiate and close real estate transactions. Follow up with leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline. Coordinate with developers, channel partners, and internal teams. Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth. --- Key Requirements: Gender: Female Experience: Minimum 2–3 years in real estate sales, especially in deal closures. Strong knowledge of Delhi NCR property market. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Presentable, self-motivated, and target-driven.
