This role involves handling a diverse portfolio of products and services, including RO Plants, STPs (Sewage Treatment Plants), WTPs (Water Treatment Plants), ETPs (Effluent Treatment Plants), chemicals, pumps, pipes, and softener systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing purchase procurement, preparing offers, and overseeing the logistics and movement of materials, ensuring efficient implementation of Total Water Treatment solutions. Key Responsibilities: Sales Responsibilities: Identify and generate new sales opportunities in Total Water Treatment solutions, including RO Plants, STP, WTP, ETP, chemicals, pumps, pipes, and softener systems. Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients, offering comprehensive water treatment and movement management solutions. Conduct technical presentations and demonstrations of Total Water Treatment systems to potential clients. Negotiate and finalize contracts, ensuring customer needs are met effectively. Purchase & Procurement Responsibilities: Handle the end-to-end procurement of materials and equipment for Total Water Treatment solutions, including RO Plants, STP, WTP, ETP, chemicals, pumps, pipes, and softener systems. Manage relationships with suppliers, negotiate pricing, and maintain procurement contracts. Ensure the timely availability of materials required for project execution and coordinate logistics for efficient movement of goods. Monitor and manage inventory to avoid project delays and ensure smooth operations. Offer Preparation: Develop technical and commercial offers for customers based on detailed analysis of their Total Water Treatment needs. Collaborate with engineering and design teams to ensure competitive pricing and accurate technical specifications. Provide detailed breakdowns of costs, materials, and lead time for all offers. Service Technician : - Installation, maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of all equipment within the RO system, ensuring consistent production of high-quality purified water by performing regular inspections, preventative maintenance, and addressing any malfunctions that arise, while adhering to safety protocols and quality standards. Technical Expertise & Documentation: Utilize AutoCAD for design and layout, ensuring all customer requirements are accurately incorporated. Work as part of WSP s UK iCRC Water team in Bengaluru. Production of high-quality 3D BIM Models in Civil 3D, Revit/PLant 3D. Perform variety of 3D CAD modeling assignments under minimal supervision. Coordinate with Sr. Design Engineers/ BIM Lead/ Design Engineers for the information required to prepare BIM models and generate drawings as per specifications defined by our Client. Must have good 3D visualization capabilities. Must possess a good ability to work independently/ moderate supervision from BIM Coordinator.
