Roles and Responsibilities Plan and carry out direct sales activities to attain new accounts in accordance with agreed sales and business plans Generate daily sales reports and discuss them with RSM/DGM. To achieve the agreed volume and revenue every month. Develop new and prospective accounts while maintaining and growing existing accounts Response and follow up on sales inquiries and leads using appropriate methods within the time frame Focus and work for new business acquisitions against the target. Carry out the individual sales KPI and strategies towards set and agreed targets & objectives. Ability to collect market/competitor information consistently. Work to achieve the individual sales KPI and strategies towards set targets & objectives. Weekly / Monthly Sales Activities & Performances reports. To approach MNC and other major customers assigned by management. Review with the team & customer on regular basis on performance level. Generate Competitor information from the market and forward them to RSM. Facilitate weekly / Monthly Sales Performance meetings with the Sales Team / DGM. Desired Candidate Profile Strong understanding of sea/ocean/air freight concepts and processes. 3-8 years of experience in air freight sales, ocean freight sales, or international freight forwarding. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines. Bachelor's or associate's degree in marketing, business, or a related field. Deep understanding of international freight forwarding. Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to find efficient solutions for the customer. Proven track record to identify & secure new business opportunities. Highly engaging, innovative and liable in finding solutions for the customer. Strong communication and negotiation skills Persistent, determined, and has the resilience to achieve challenging goals Excellent organizational and leadership skills
