Proficiency in WMS and related inventory systems such as SAP, ERP, etc. Experience in implementing Kaizens and driving efficiency improvements. Knowledge of 5S, safety, and environmental standards. Key Responsibilities: Business Development & Sales: Identify, prospect, and develop new clients looking for warehouse spaces for rental on Square feet Basis Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients, including e-commerce companies, 3PL providers, FMCG firms, and manufacturers. Conduct market research to identify demand trends, pricing strategies, and potential business opportunities. Client Relationship Management: Understand client requirements and recommend the most suitable warehouse space solutions. Negotiate lease terms, pricing, and contracts with clients and landlords. Ensure excellent customer service to retain clients and generate repeat business. Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop sales strategies to increase occupancy rates and revenue generation. Work closely with internal teams such as legal, operations, and marketing to facilitate smooth deal closures. Participate in industry networking events, exhibitions, and trade shows to expand the companys market reach. Reporting & Analysis: Track and report sales performance, pipeline growth, and revenue targets. Monitor competitor activities and provide strategic insights to enhance business growth. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
