Job Description: We are looking for a motivated and proactive Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, developing and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Role & responsibilities: Identify, generate, and pursue new business opportunities through cold calls, networking, and digital platforms. Build and nurture strong, long-term client relationships. Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services. Develop and deliver business presentations, proposals, and quotations. Negotiate terms and close business deals to meet and exceed sales targets. Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities. Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities in CRM tools. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, and product) to ensure customer satisfaction Preferred candidate profile: Education: Any Graduate Experience: 1-4 years of experience in business development, B2B/B2C sales, or client acquisition (any industry). Skills Required: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Strong presentation and analytical abilities Goal-oriented, self-driven, and target-focused Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
