WTP Operator

You will be responsible for the following key responsibilities and deliverables: - Routine Plant Operations & Records - Issue Identification & Escalation As part of your role, you will need to adhere to industrial safety practices during operations & maintenance procedures. It will be essential to ensure optimal operations of all equipment (Pre-treatment generation, storage & distribution) following prescribed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). You will also be responsible for the preparation and maintenance of comprehensive reports & records, including log-sheets, Chemical consumption Records, and PM Record. Monitoring utility and feed water parameters to ensure they comply with specified limits will be a key aspect of your duties. Additionally, you will verify sensor calibration using test kits and coordinate with the QC team for sampling and analysis. You will be required to conduct non-critical maintenance tasks (e.g., fixing leakages) utilizing available tools and maintain meticulous records of operational issues as per QA documentation procedures. Participation in both classroom and hands-on trainings provided by the company & Customer to attain and sustain certifications in Plant Operations will also be part of your responsibilities. Conducting hands-on training sessions for operators periodically and certifying their competence upon successful completion, and developing and ensuring adherence to shift schedules, including contingency management at the site, will be integral to your role.
