Diagnose issues such as scaling, corrosion, biofouling, and recommend chemical treatment programs. Prepare and deliver technical presentations and proposals to decision-makers. Account & Project Management Oversee chemical trials, dosing setup, and commissioning of treatment programs. Monitor performance through periodic site visits, testing, and reporting. Secure long-term AMC contracts for chemical supply + technical service. Brand & Market Development Represent the company in trade exhibitions, seminars, and industry meets. Create case studies from successful projects to build division credibility. Keep updated on competitor products, market trends, and government tenders. Required Qualifications & Experience: Education: Diploma/Degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. Experience: Minimum 35 years in sales/service of water treatment chemicals. Proven record of securing industrial and/or government contracts. Strong knowledge of cooling tower, boiler, chiller, closed-loop, and RO system chemistry. Technical Skills: Understanding of scale/corrosion inhibitors, biocides, oxygen scavengers, antiscalants. Familiarity with dosing pumps, bleed controllers, and monitoring instruments. Ability to conduct and interpret field water tests (pH, TDS, hardness, alkalinity, silica, etc.). Soft Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong negotiation and relationship management ability. Ability to prepare technical reports and commercial proposals. Self-driven with ability to work independently and meet targets.
