The Engineer is responsible for Instrument & Control Designs of WTP, ETP & ZLD System with Advanced technologies. In this role the Engineer will assist the South Asia Team in the Various execution responsibility listed below and making any necessary adjustments in order to ensure successful completion. Essential Responsibilities / Expectations : Detail Engineering including Load List, Instrument List, PLC IO List , Control Philosophy, design calculations, optimization, sizing & selection of Electricals, instruments/control devices (and related accessories) etc. for Customer Specification (as required) and for awarded Projects. Knowledge on the Wastewater & Pre-treatment systems, Reverse Osmosis, Electro De-ionization, Polishing & Mixed Beds, Chemical Dosing system, Water treatment process & Distribution systems for power plant, oil and gas industries, Semi-conductor or electronic industries is desired. Responsible for supplying necessary inputs to the Design team in preparation of plant layout drawings including civil construction requirement details, pipework system designs, storage and transfer system arrangements. Responsible for reviewing of Process Control Philosophies and Functional Design Specifications to ensure that relevant design and engineering information is coordinated to all disciplines and that process control aspects are included where required, Compilation of specification sheets for the selected equipment. Work closely with customers to understand their needs and produce designs and services to meet these needs for the assigned projects. Ensure that the process team assigned on various studies Complete technical design work to a high standard without supervision using Client design methods, standards and data. Develop compelling and competitive proposals that readily demonstrate to Clients the best way to deliver their project. Encourage the team members to Grow in leadership qualities and capability providing optimized solutions to Client’s complex multi-faceted problems; articulating these in a way that allows Clients to readily present to their own internal and external stakeholders. Assisting the mechanical design team in the implementation of company quality assurance procedure with regards to engineering design and assist in document control system. Responsible for reviewing of process control philosophies and functional design specifications to ensure that inline to the process design and engineering information is coordinated to all disciplines that process control are included. Resolving the design issue during manufacturing, installation commissioning and during operation. Preparing the datasheet for the equipment, valve list. Requirements: B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or Relevant qualification. Superior familiarity with AutoCAD- 2020, AutoCAD-Smart P&ID, Basic Solid works and MS Office applications including Outlook Word PowerPoint and Excel Reviewing and commenting of Vendor’s equipment drawings, Data sheet and specifications for the WWTP WTP & UPW equipment. Maintain an up-to-date awareness and knowledge of various wastewater treatment and water treatment processes, plant and equipment types and associated suppliers that may be associated or influence the design of WTP. Execute and provide technical support to projects for smooth operation of the plant. Coach and mentor less experienced staff. Identify issues and propose solutions using innovative solutions, plus ability to grasp unfamiliar concepts.

Fresher can also apply Ready to work in two shifts (1st & 2nd). Each shift for 10 hrs per day. Work location: Gahunje / Ravet in Pune Should ready to work as an commissioning engineer for Industrial / Residential - STP / WTP Plant / STP plant.
