Key Responsibilities Perform Windows Server patching and updates during designated maintenance windows, including weekends. Monitor system performance and availability during shifts, responding to alerts and incidents as needed. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows Server OS, Active Directory , and related infrastructure. Maintain accurate documentation of patching activities, incident resolutions, and system changes. Ensure compliance with internal security policies and industry best practices . Required Skills & Qualifications 1-2 years of hands-on experience as a Windows System Administrator . Strong knowledge of Windows Server 2016, 2019, and 2022 , Active Directory , DNS , DHCP , and Group Policy . Experience with WSUS , SCCM , or other patch management tools . Familiarity with PowerShell scripting for automation and reporting. Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills . Ability to work independently during off-hours with minimal supervision. Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Experience working in a 24x7 enterprise environmen
