Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled L2 Engineer with solid experience in Active Directory , Microsoft Azure , and Windows Server Operations . The candidate will support day-to-day infrastructure management, incident resolution, patching, backups, and monitoring within a hybrid cloud environment under Rackspace Managed Services. Qualifications 5+ years of hands-on experience in infrastructure administration with patch management and vulnerability remediation across Windows and Linux environments. Strong experience with any major patching platform (BigFix, SCCM, WSUS, Ivanti, ZENworks, or similar). Prior BigFix experience is a plus, but training will be provided.
