Training Delivery: ▪ Conduct Virtual and In-person training sessions, workshops, and webinars for new / existing clients and users. ▪ module’s features and functionalities, providing practical examples and hands-on training. ▪ Support client entitlements and access rights. ▪ Provide technical expertise and support technical excellence by monitoring technical and professional developments, sharing knowledge, and encouraging others to do the same Support and Assistance: ▪ Provide ongoing support to users, addressing questions, troubleshooting issues, and offering solutions to enhance user experience. ▪ Act as a point of contact for users needing assistance with the portal. Training Development: ▪ Design and develop comprehensive training programs and materials, including user guides, manuals, video tutorials, and online courses. ▪ Customize training content to address the specific needs and skill levels of different user groups. ▪ Share information and insights within the training team as part of daily huddles and meetings to ensure consistent training is delivered by all trainers. Feedback and Improvement: ▪ Gather feedback from client users to identify areas of improvement and potential training needs. ▪ Continuously update training materials based on user feedback and changes in portal features. Collaboration: ▪ Work closely with the Implementation and product teams to stay updated on new features and enhancements. ▪ Collaborate with other trainers and subject matter experts to ensure consistency and accuracy in training materials. Documentation: ▪ Maintain up-to-date documentation of training materials and user guides. ▪ Ensure all training resources are easily accessible to users. ▪ Ensure proper and appropriate closure of the training requests by sharing the training outcome and important links to customers.
