Job Details Description Archer helps organizations manage risk in the digital era uniting stakeholders, integrating technologies, and transforming risk into reward As true pioneers in Integrated Risk Management (IRM) software, Archer remains solely dedicated to helping customers manage risk and compliance domains, from traditional operational risk to emerging issues such as ESG With over 20 years in the risk management industry, the Archer customer base represents one of the largest pure risk management communities globally, with more than 1,200 customers including more than 50% of the Fortune 500, Leads an extended, cross-functional engineering team to develop high complexity platform/peripheral systems architecture projects Ensures each member of staff both understands and complies with all subprocesses Identifies and champions creation of new processes as necessary Responsible for overseeing and providing direction to both lower-level leaders and individual contributors Impact across multiple products Owner of multiple or highly complex technologies, Strong level of knowledge or capability in many of the following areas: Knowledge of a product technology and system level integration Knowledge of engineering methods in a field of specialty Ability to interface effectively with suppliers to ensure they are both doing research and providing information on products or services that have value to the company, instigating and coordinating these efforts as necessary on a continual basis Communication ability through presentation, interpersonal, verbal and written skills Ability to conduct presentations to peers, cross-functional teams and director level of leadership Understanding of appropriate technologies, vendor products, and competitor's offerings
