Location: Remote Type: Part-Time / Full-Time / Contract Team: Marketing / Community Growth / Social Strategy About the Role We’re on the hunt for a savvy Reddit Specialist who lives and breathes upvotes, AMAs, and subreddits. You know when to meme, when to be helpful, and when to ghost. Your mission is to build meaningful engagement and make Reddit a powerful engine for awareness, traffic, and trust. You won't just be posting links—you'll be strategizing, conversing, listening, and influencing Reddit the way it was meant to be done. Responsibilities Develop and execute a Reddit-first content and engagement strategy for key subreddits. Monitor, engage, and contribute to highly relevant communities without being spammy or salesy. Plan and run Reddit campaigns (AMAs, native content drops, comment hijacks, cross-subreddit visibility plays). Track Reddit trends, identify emerging communities, and flag brand sentiment or user-generated conversations. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to craft Reddit-native content (comments, threads, stories, memes, insights). Report on engagement metrics, community growth, inbound traffic, and sentiment. Requirements Deep familiarity with Reddit culture, etiquette, and humor (you’ve been lurking since Digg died). Proven experience in community engagement or growth hacking on Reddit. Strong written communication skills with a flair for mimicking subreddit tone. Ability to create content that blends in but stands out. Experience with tools like Later for Reddit, TrackReddit, or custom monitoring setups. Knowledge of Reddit Ads Manager is a bonus. Bonus Points You’ve run or moderated a successful subreddit. You’ve organically taken posts to the front page (and lived to tell the tale). You understand how Reddit fits into the wider SEO / content strategy. You’ve worked with startups, niche brands, or sensitive topics without triggering bans. What You’ll Get Freedom to be creative and weird (within Reddit rules). A front-row seat in building a digital brand the Reddit way. Flexible hours, remote work, and a team that respects memes and metrics equally. To Apply: Share your Reddit handle(s), examples of past Reddit wins (posts, comments, AMA strategies), and a short note on your favorite subreddit and why.
