Role & responsibilities 1)Managing resolution rate for Hard bucket and recoveries, as per budget matrix. 2) Responsible for tracking the delinquency of the area, Bucket-wise DPD wise and focus on non-starters. 3) Responsible for reviewing account allocations and collections targets by bucket to agencies. 4) Regularly follow up with the default customers through a dedicated team.
