In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the executive chef and other kitchen staff in food production, maintaining high cuisine standards for function clients, and contributing to the development of menus. Your duties will include preparing a variety of foods, ensuring timely service to clients, upholding health and safety standards, and overseeing kitchen cleanliness. Additionally, you will collaborate with the team to store leftover food and make requisitions as needed. The ideal candidate should have 2-3 years of experience in a similar role in a reputable hotel or restaurant. You must possess strong communication skills, the ability to follow instructions accurately, and basic math skills. A good understanding of different menus, ingredients, and a smart personality are essential for success in this position.
