As a Field Operations Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth daily operations of the designated locations in Aundh, Pune, Kandivali, Mumbai, and Surat. Your primary responsibility will be to maintain effective communication with drivers and vehicle owners to facilitate timely vehicle placements and track provisional attendance accurately. You will be in charge of managing helpers efficiently, coordinating ad-hoc resource arrangements as needed, and establishing a cordial relationship with the clients" local team. Addressing escalations promptly and providing necessary reports to managers will be essential aspects of your role. Ensuring that all vehicle, driver, and owner-related documents are up to date and readily available will be a key part of your responsibilities. You will also coordinate with drivers and owners to collect all trip-related documents on time and update vehicle attendance, kilometres covered, and working hours in the FO app regularly. Additionally, part of your role will involve training drivers on the usage of technology and applications such as the Driver App and FO App, handling cash collection, and ensuring timely submission to the designated department. Maintaining professional grooming standards and adhering to company guidelines are also expected from you. To excel in this role, you are required to possess good communication skills, the ability to read and write English, basic knowledge of MS Excel, a smartphone, a bike, and a valid driving license.
