Join our Wrike Self-Service team as a Scaled Customer Success Manager, where you'll help customers maximize their value from the Wrike platform. You'll manage a high volume of accounts using scalable engagement strategies, driving product adoption, satisfaction, and growth opportunities. Team Overview This position will be part of the Business Technology team and is part of the RevOps organization in Wrike who is responsible for system administration and development of Salesforce CRM and CPQ. They also support system integrations of Salesforce with other SaaS tools and other system functions. Must be ready to work during US working hours 3:30pm - 11:30pm IST Job Scope and Accountabilities: Design and build technical solutions in Salesforce platform that support the Go-to-Market operational processes Write advanced code to implement complex custom functionalities such as Apex, LWC and Lightning Components. Partner with key stakeholders to gain deep understanding of their business strategies to translate their requirements into well-architected solutions Lead and/or influence technical workshop sessions to design and develop effective technical solutions Perform and participate in peer code review for ongoing projects to ensure high quality of code, technical solutions and design patterns Participate in the full application development lifecycle from technical design to development, testing and deployment Provide day-to-day salesforce Development/Administration support, maintenance and operations of Salesforce applications and integrations Assist in root-cause analysis to troubleshoot and resolve defects encountered during different stages of project development and delivery Create and maintain technical design documentation Work collaboratively with Sales, Marketing and Customer Success operational teams, and other technical teams Experience Requirements 5+ years of experience in Salesforce Development with a strong understanding of Salesforce capabilities and limitations. Hand-on experience with most of the following: Implementation of complex custom functionalities using Salesforce technologies such as Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Component and Lightning Web Components. Salesforce PD1 certification required. Experience with Sales Cloud and Sales processes is preferred. Experience with Salesforce CPQ would be a plus. Working Experience in a complex integrated environment where multiple systems interact with Salesforce. Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs. In depth knowledge of RESTful design principles. Experience with programming languages such as SQL, SOQL, Javascript, HTML, Apex, and CSS Experience creating detailed technical documentation. Strong knowledge of Salesforce Objects and Data Model. You will be responsible for maintaining all common areas, managing office supplies, supporting events, and ensuring our office is a great place to work Responsibilities Serve as the primary contact for daily office operations and act as a liaison between our team and the landlord, ensuring all services meet company quality standards and contribute to employee comfort and productivity. Proactively monitor, report, and address issues or concerns related to office service quality with the landlord. Manage office supplies and swag inventory: select, order, receive, store, and distribute items (e.g., T-shirts, hoodies, gifts). Oversee cost tracking, purchase order requests, and coordinate with Finance as needed. Prepare welcome bags, print ID cards for new joiners, and support workspace setup and documentation as part of employee onboarding and offboarding.
