As a Techno-Functional Consultant with over 5 years of experience in Blue Yonder Warehouse Management System (BY WMS), your primary responsibility will be to design, develop, enhance, implement, upgrade, migrate, and support BY WMS solutions. Your role will involve combining technical expertise with functional knowledge to effectively align business requirements with system capabilities. You will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements to create technical and functional designs for BY WMS solutions. Additionally, you will develop and customize various BY WMS functionalities such as MOCA commands, Integrators, Page Builder forms, Triggers, Wrappers, Jobs, Tasks, Reports, Labels, RF, Voice, and Workflows. Writing basic and complex SQL queries to support system development and troubleshooting will also be part of your tasks. In terms of implementation and upgrades, you will lead or participate in multiple BY WMS implementations globally, handle configuration, testing, and deployment processes, and ensure smooth upgrades with minimal disruption to business operations. You will also manage product development stages, application migration, infrastructure management, and application integration, conducting functional and technical gap analysis to recommend optimal strategies. Testing and quality assurance will be a crucial aspect of your role, involving the testing of client-server and web-based applications to ensure alignment with customer requirements. You will be responsible for preparing test deliverables, defect logs, and collaborating closely with development and technical support teams to resolve quality issues. Your responsibilities will also include providing functional and technical support to clients, resolving critical incidents within SLA, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions to enhance system performance. Furthermore, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, gathering business requirements, and offering technical consultancy.
